## Evaluation boundaries

OilPriceAPI is not currently SOC 2 or ISO 27001 certified. Published security descriptions are not certification evidence.

The 99.9% uptime target is an engineering objective. Financial credits, support commitments and other contractual obligations depend on the applicable signed agreement. A health snapshot does not establish historical uptime or dataset accuracy. Dataset freshness must be evaluated separately from service availability.

The service processes account and authentication, technical and usage, billing and support information. Optional analytics are described in the privacy policy. Privacy requests: privacy@oilpriceapi.com.

## Evidence to request for your evaluation

Provide your required datasets, geography, history, update cadence and intended use. Confirm coverage and permitted use for your application; this summary grants no additional rights.

Where required, request current hosting regions, storage-control documentation, backup scope and restoration evidence, retention periods, subprocessor details, and support hours and escalation arrangements. These details are not independently verified by this summary.
