Panama bunkers are assessed ex-wharf, not delivered. Every other port on this site quotes a delivered price, so publishing a Panama number beside them would compare two different products under one label. We would rather show nothing than mislabel the basis. Panama is also priced as a single assessment covering both Balboa and Cristobal rather than per-port.
