Service-level targets
Oil Price API operates against internal reliability targets and public status monitoring. Self-serve plans do not include service credits or financially backed availability terms unless those terms are included in a signed agreement.
Current position
- Paid plans are operated with a 99.9% uptime target.
- Uptime targets are engineering targets, not service credits.
- Enterprise service-level terms are available only through a signed order form or written agreement.
- Live service status and performance are published on the API performance page.
